My name is Suibi.

I am a Japanese calligraphy artist and a creative director at Ninja Letters.

I started learning Japanese calligraphy when I was 6 years old and now hold an expert license certification called “shihan”.

Calligraphy is the passion of my life and a way of expressing the state of my mind. 

I had lived in the U.S. for 4 years. Sadly, I saw many people with tattoos of wrong and/or misspelled Japanese letters. Now I feel it is my mission to help people all over the world enjoy genuine and elegant Japanese calligraphy designs that they can proudly own.

Ninja Letters is a calligraphy design studio located in Tokyo, Japan. Our mission is to inspire people all over the world to enjoy the beauty of handwritten calligraphy in their daily lives.

​Calligraphy is truly a delicate art, as it reflects the calligrapher’s state of mind at a moment in time. Each handwritten letter is unique, and the same design cannot be recreated.
